Most factories are brownfield — a mix of old and new machines, different PLC brands, isolated sensors and equipment with no digital interface. Our promise is simple: connect almost any machine without replacing its control system, and turn what it produces into measurable improvement.

We combine computer vision with real machine signals — PLC context, sensors, thermography, robotics and device-level OEE — so inspection results become operational decisions, not just pass/fail counts. Our sensing covers HVACR, environment, security and lighting, with the PacketDCS Analytics platform visualising and analysing real-time data from every sensory node, accessible around the clock.
